ERAS理念在分化型甲状腺癌围手术期护理中的应用效果与实证分析
Application effect and empirical analysis of ERAS concept in perioperative nursing of differentiated thyroid cancer

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the practical effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in perioper-ative nursing of patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma(DTC),and to focus on its comprehensive impact on patients'psychological sta-tus,postoperative rehabilitation indicators and quality of life.Methods:A total of 180 patients with DTC who underwent surgery in the head and neck surgery department of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observer group(n=90)and control group(n=90)by random number table method.The observer group implemented a new structured nursing intervention model based on the ERAS concept,and the control group continued to use routine perioperative care.The differences in anesthesia recovery time,first sol id food intake time,length of hospital stay,pain score(NRS)at 24 and 48 hours after operation,complication rate and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The anesthesia recovery time,solid food tolerance time and postoperative hos pital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 24 hours after operation,the NRS score of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).48 hours after operation,the NRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of SAS score in the observer group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observer group was also slightly lower,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The integration of ERAS concept into the perioperative nursing of DTC patients can effectively promote the implementation of ERAS.关键词
