Abstract
Ultrasound-guided femoral-sciatic nerve block combined with general anesthesia is an optimized protocol for lower limb isolated thermal perfusion chemotherapy,balancing the need for deep intraoperative sedation and rapid postoperative recovery.This article details the anesthetic management of a patient with lower limb malignant melanoma undergoing lower limb isolated thermal perfusion chemotherapy under ultrasound-guided femoral-sciatic nerve block combined with general anesthesia,providing a reference for anesthesia and perioperative pain management in such surgeries.The aim is to enhance the quality of perioperative pain management and further im-prove patients'recovery experience.关键词
