代谢异常与甲状腺结节发生相关性的研究进展
Research progress on the correlation between metabolic abnormalities and the occurrence of thyroid nodules
摘要
Abstract
Thyroid nodules(TN)are masses formed due to structural abnormalities of thyroid tissue induced by various factors.In re-cent years,with the widespread application of thyroid ultrasonography,the detection rate of thyroid nodules in healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations has shown an increasing trend.Dyslipidemia,dysglycemia,hypertension,obesity,hyperuricemia,and vitamin D defi-ciency,have been investigated as potential associated factors for TN in numerous domestic and international studiesand the results show that these factors are indeed closely related to the development of TN.This article reviews recent advances in the association between metabolic abnormalities and thyroid nodule detection,as well as the underlying mechanisms aiming to provide some reference and sugges-tions for prevention of TN among healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations.关键词
