摘要
Abstract
With the aging of the global population,the number of elderly patients undergoing hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery continues to increase.These patients are characterized by decreased physiological reserve,multiple comorbidities,and poor surgical toler-ance,leading to a high risk of postoperative complications and greater difficulties in perioperative management.Although enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS),as an evidence-based and multidisciplinary collaborative strategy,has been widely applied in hepatobiliary and pancre-atic surgery,standardized ERAS protocols are insufficient to meet the individualized rehabilitation needs of elderly and frail high-risk pa-tients.This article systematically reviews the application progress of ERAS in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery,the role of precision nursing within the ERAS framework,the clinical particularities of elderly patients receiving hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery,and the practical strategies of precision nursing for this population.It aims to construct an ERAS-based precision nursing system tailored for elderly hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgical patients,so as to provide evidence-based references for improving their postoperative prognosis.关键词
