关节腔注射治疗对肩关节脱位复位后关节疼痛及功能影响的临床研究
Clinical study of intra-articular injection therapy on joint pain and function following reduction of shoulder dislocation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of manipulative reduction combined with intra-articular injection therapy on joint pain and functional recovery in patients with shoulder dislocation.Methods:Using the random number table method,60 patients with shoulder dislo-cation admitted to Anyue County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2023 were divided into a control group(30 pa-tients)and an observation group(30 patients).The control group received manipulative reduction and routine treatment,while the observation group received intra-articular injection therapy on the day after successful reduction in addition to the control group's treatment.The therapeutic effica cy,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,University of California,Los Angeles(UCLA)shoulder scores,and Constant scores were compared between the two groups,and adverse events were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the UCLA and Constant scores in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group during the entire treatment and observation period.Conclusion:Manipulative reduction combined with intra-articular injection therapy administered after successful reduc-tion can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve shoulder joint function in patients with traumatic shoulder dislocation,with a favorable safety profile.关键词
