碳纤维电极在生物传感及生物催化中的应用
Application of carbon fiber electrodes in biosensing and bioca-talysis
摘要
Abstract
Carbon nanofibers(CNFs),as a novel carbon nanomaterial, exhibit conductivity and chemical stability compa-rable to carbon nanotubes(CNTs).The distinguishing structural feature of CNFs from CNTs lies in the stacking of gra-phene sheets in varied morphologies, which generates a greater number of edge sites on their outer walls compared to CNTs,thereby more effectively facilitating electron transfer for electroactive analytes. In addition,CNFs possess the characteristics of high specific surface area, excellent processability, and controllable surface functional groups;they can be directly fabricated into self-supporting flexible films via electrospinning, avoiding issues such as dispersion difficulty and binder dependence, making them ideal electrode materials and promising immobilization substrates for constructing high-performance electrochemical sensing interfaces.Electrochemical biosensors based on CNFs and their diverse appli-cations are reviewed comprehensively. It systematically elaborates on the specific applications of carbon fiber paper and CNFs in gas sensing, detection of small molecules,oxidase-and dehydrogenase-based sensors, immunoassays, and bio-catalysis,and summarizes the performance advantages of CNF-based sensors in terms of sensitivity, detection limit, and stability. Finally, this review analyzes the challenges faced by carbon fiber-based materials, including large-scale prepara-tion,cost control, system integration, and long-term stability, and outlooks the future development directions for promot-ing their industrial application via structural regulation, composite modification, and rational design.关键词
