弯月脊额瓢蜡蝉(半翅目:瓢蜡蝉科)线粒体基因组特征及其系统发育研究
Characteristics of the mitochondrial genome of Gergithoides gibbosus(Hemiptera:Issidae)and its phylogenetic implications

Abstract
The complete mitochondrial genome of Gergithoides gibbosus Chou&Wang,2003(Hemiptera:Issidae)was sequenced and characterized.The circular genome is 16,157 bp in length,containing 37 typical mitochondrial genes and one control region.The nucleotide composition shows a significant A+T bias(77.94%),with a positive AT-skew(0.212 7)and a negative GC-skew(-0.229 7).The gene order is identical to the ancestral insect mitochondrial arrangement,with no rearrangement detected.Phylogenetic analyses based on 13 protein-coding genes(PCGs)using both Maximum Likelihood(ML)and Bayesian Inference(BI)methods yielded identical topologies.The results strongly supported the placement of G.gibbosus within the tribe Hemisphaeriini,forming a monophyletic clade with the genera Gergithus and Euhemisphaerius.This study provides novel genomic data for clarifying the tribal phylogenetic relationships within Issidae,and advances our understanding of the molecular evolution in Fulgoroidea.关键词
