上海市金山区居民健康行为调查及影响因素分析
Analysis of Residents'Health Behaviors and Influencing Factors in Jinshan District of Shanghai

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of health behaviors among residents in Jinshan District of Shanghai,so as to provide a basis for improving the health behavior level of residents.Methods From July to December 2024,a multi-stage sampling method was used to select 1 275 permanent residents aged 15-69 years in Jinshan District for a questionnaire survey.Results The standardized score of health behaviors among residents in Jinshan District was 78.8 points.Among the four dimensions,the standardized score for avoiding environmental hazards was the highest(89.2),while the standardized score for early warning behaviors was the lowest(70.9).There were statistically significant differences in health behavior scores among residents with different genders,ages,educational levels,and self-assessments of health(P＜0.05),and women,individuals aged 45-59 and 60-69,those with a junior high school education,and those with good self-rated health had higher scores in health behavior(P＜0.05).Conclusion The health behaviors of residents in Jinshan District are good,but the utilization of health services and early warning behaviors still need to be strengthened.It is suggested that differentiated health interventions be implemented for key populations(such as males,those under 45 years old,those with non-junior-high-school education,and those with poor health conditions)to improve the health behavior level of residents in the region.关键词
