云南省保山市某区农村居民健康素养提升策略研究
Research on Strategies for Improving Health Literacy Among Rural Residents of a District in Baoshan City of Yunnan Province

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors and strategies for enhancing the health literacy of rural residents.Methods From March to September 2025,interviews were conducted with 16 participants,including villagers,primary-level medical workers,and staff from relevant functional departments.Data were analyzed using Nvivo14 software and grounded theory.Results A total of 21 categories were summarized,and axial coding was employed to extract the dilemmas and interaction mechanisms of five major categories:policy system,resource supply,service support,health education,and resident cognition.Conclusion The predicament of the health policy system for rural residents provides an institutional context for other challenges.Policy guarantees should be employed to break through bottlenecks at the grassroots level,establish a multi-subject collaborative system,optimize resources by enhancing the health communication capabilities of primary-level personnel and innovating health content,implement targeted measures for ethnic minorities,the elderly,and other groups,and leverage digital tools such as short videos to empower them,thereby enhancing the health literacy of rural residents.关键词
