Analysis on the Change Trend and Influencing Factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Culture Literacy Among Residents in Anhui Province from 2018 to 2022

Abstract
Objective To analyze the change trend and influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health culture literacy level among residents in Anhui Province from 2018 to 2022,so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating TCM health promotion policies.Methods The method of probability proportional to size sampling(PPS sampling)combined with random sampling was used to select permanent residents aged 15 to 69 in Anhui Province for door-to-door questionnaire surveys.Results After weighted adjustment,the TCM health culture literacy levels of residents in Anhui Province from 2018 to 2022 were 8.55%,15.29%,16.04%,19.76%and 24.79%,respectively,showing a continuous upward trend.The multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the main influencing factors of the TCM health culture literacy level were educational attainment and annual household income.Taking residents who were illiterate or had very little literacy as the reference,the group with a junior college/bachelor's degree or above had the highest TCM health culture literacy level.Taking residents with an annual household income of less than 30 000 yuan as the reference,residents with an annual household income of 70 000 yuan or more had the highest TCM health culture literacy level.Conclusion The TCM health culture literacy level of residents in Anhui Province has improved to a certain extent from 2018 to 2022,but the improvement effect is uneven across residents with different demographic characteristics.Health interventions should be targeted according to key populations and weak links.关键词
