老年流动人口研究热点与发展趋势分析:基于可视化分析视角
Analysis of Research Hotspots and Development Trends of the Elderly Floating Population:A Visual Analysis Perspective

Abstract
Objective To explore the research hotspots,dynamic trends,and theoretical progress in the field of elderly floating population studies.Methods Using CiteSpace software,a bibliometric analysis was conducted on literature related to the elderly floating population from January 1,2002,to June 30,2024,sourced from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database.Research progress was analyzed through visualizations of publication volume,co-occurrence of authors and institutions,keyword clustering,burst detection,and timeline mapping.Results Since 2012,the number of publications has grown rapidly,with 397 articles included.However,collaboration networks among scholars and institutions remained fragmented:52 core authors published 112 articles(accounting for 28.2%),yet all had a betweenness centrality of zero,indicating that no core author group has formed;the institution co-occurrence network density was only 0.0029,suggesting a lack of a highly cohesive academic community.Research hotspots focused on three major themes:social integration,settlement intentions,and health services for the elderly floating population.High-frequency keywords included"elderly drifters""social adaptation"and"social security".Burst analysis revealed a shift in research focus from early"social adaptation"to"social support"and"social integration",with increasing attention to micro-level individual needs.Cluster analysis identified six key research directions:elderly mobility and its characteristics,social integration and adaptation,settlement intentions,medical insurance,social adaptation and interpersonal interactions.Timeline mapping further demonstrated an evolution from macro-level institutional discussions to micro-level topics such as mental health and intergenerational relationships.Conclusions Current research on the elderly floating population exhibits interdisciplinary and multi-perspective innovation,with hotspots gradually shifting from macro-level social issues to micro-level individual needs.However,limitations remain,including insufficient theoretical depth and weak practical policy relevance.Future research should strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration,explore multi-dimensional factors influencing health,social support,and social integration,and propose more targeted policy recommendations aligned with the governance needs of an aging society.关键词
