Abstract
[Research purpose]With the iteration of scientific and technological innovation paradigms and the profound restructuring of industrial ecosystems,new R&D institutions(NRDIs)have gradually broken through the single function of technology transformation and evolved into"ecological originators"of industrial innovation,serving as core carriers for regional innovation upgrading.Existing studies mainly focus on the technological transformation and platform functions of NRDIs,while neglecting their internal mechanisms for empowering chain-leading enterprises and optimizing industrial ecosystems,which fails to meet the demands of industrial chain modernization.From the dual-driven logic of"technology and talent",this paper explores the paths and mechanisms of NRDIs in cultivating the ecological leadership of senior executives in leading enterprises,so as to fill research gaps and provide theoretical and practical references for regional scientific and technological ecological governance and cultivation of core entities in industrial chains.[Research method]Taking the chain-leading entrepreneur special training camp of the National Innovation Center par Excellence(NICE)as a typical case,this paper adopts the case study method.Based on field observation,in-depth interviews and long-term follow-up investigations,a"cognition—action—network"analytical framework is constructed to systematically analyze the capability leap of chain-leading entrepreneurs in strategic cognition,pain-point governance and ecological connection.[Research conclusion]NRDIs realize systematic empowerment for senior executives of chain-leading enterprises through a three-dimensional mechanism of"cognition upgrading—pain-point addressing—ecological collaboration."Frontier technology assessment promotes the upgrading of entrepreneurs'strategic cognition,scenario-based practical problem-solving addresses common industrial chain dilemmas,and cross-domain resource integration builds high-stickiness industrial collaborative networks.Practical results show that participating enterprises have achieved significant improvements in cooperation efficiency in joint R&D,supply chain collaboration and emerging scenario co-construction.This study clarifies the core logic of NRDIs'transformation from technology service providers to ecological governance participants,and provides a replicable paradigm for NRDIs to optimize high-end talent training,for local governments to cultivate core industrial chain entities,and for constructing high-quality regional innovation ecosystems.关键词
