Abstract
Against the backdrop of China's promotion of organized research, how museums can establish research management models suited to their own characteristics has become a key issue in the development of research-oriented museums.Taking the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum as a case study, this paper adopts the case study method and draws on the experience of organized research management in universities and research institutes.Based on the analytical framework of"Strategy-Organization-Institution",it systematically examines the museum's research management reform practices. The study finds that, through strategic planning to redefine research priorities,platform-based organizational arrangements to integrate research resources, and institutional development to improve evaluation and support mechanisms, the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum has gradually developed an organized research management model consisting of three interrelated dimensions:the Strategic Leadership Layer, the Organizational Foundation Layer, and the Institutional Support Layer.Furthermore,it has established a dynamic operational mechanism characterized by strategic planning, organizational collaboration, institutional support, research output transformation, and operational feedback. The study argues that this model strengthens goal-oriented and collaborative innovation while preserving the autonomy of basic research, providing a valuable reference for enhancing research capacity and advancing the development of research-oriented museums.关键词
