圣愈汤干预老年人群衰弱状态与躯体功能临床疗效的随机对照研究
Randomized controlled trial on clinical efficacy of Shengyu decoction in intervening frail state and physical function in older adults
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of Shengyu decoction(SYD)on the frail state and physical function in older adults.Methods From April 2023 to January 2025,100 patients aged≥60 years with pre-frailty or frailty were enrolled from Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Huadong Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University and randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group received basic treatments such as exercise therapy and nutrition support education,while the study group received SYD intervention based on the control group regimen.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Biochemical indicators,Fried frailty phenotype(FFP)score,skeletal muscle index(SMI),handgrip strength,gait speed,and the five times sit-to-stand test(FTSST)duration were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The83 patients ranged in age from60 to85 years,with a mean age of(67.39±8.30)years;29 were male and 71 were female.After12 weeks of treatment,FFP scores decreased in both groups(P＜0.05).In the study group,SMI increased(P＜0.05),while FTSSTduration and C-reactive protein(CRP)level decreased(P＜0.01).Compared with the control group,the study group exhibited significantly greater improvements in FFP score,FTSST duration,and CRP reduction(P＜0.05).The efficacy index of the study group(Z=1 123.000,P=0.012)and the total effective rate(χ2=10.213,P=0.001)were superior to those of the control group.Compared with the frail subgroup in the control group,the total effective rate of the frail subgroup in the study group was better(53.85%vs.100.00%,P＜0.01).No serious adverse events were reported in both groups.Conclusion Intervention with SYD can improve the frail state and physical function to a certain extent in the older adults.关键词
