马克思异化理论视域下"精神内耗"的哲学审思
Philosophical Reflections on"Mental Exhaustion"from the Perspective of Marx's Alienation Theory

Abstract
From the point of view of Marx's alienation theory,"mental exhaustion"refers to the state where an individual,due to one's generally alienated social relationships,finds it difficult to balance the conflict between his inner self and his external social re-lations,which leads to the continuous consumption of psychological resources in non-autonomous conflicts and thus falling into self-con-suming state.This manifests itself in symptoms such as the dissolution of subjectivity,the reification of self-worth and the distortion of communicative rationality.At its root,mental exhaustion is the result of the combined action of multiple factors:the systematic sup-pression by technological rationality and algorithmic governance,the internalization of reified consciousness and erosion by symbolic consumption,and the dominance of capital competition logic,among other factors.To transcend this predicament,it is necessary to re-construct the practical form of"free labor",and confirm the essential power of the subject;critically deconstruct the concept of reifica-tion,and reconstruct the value recognition of subjectivity;build an authentic recognition-based communicative relationship,and pro-mote the return of communicative rationality through institutions and culture.关键词
