The Soft Power Implications of Mao Zedong's Revolutionary Cultural View in On New Democracy
摘要
Abstract
As a great proletarian revolutionary,Mao Zedong elaborated extensively on revolutionary culture in On New Democra-cy,forming a revolutionary cultural concept that guided the cultural struggle and led the direction of culture.Mao Zedong's revolutiona-ry cultural view has fully absorbed the ideas of the classic Marxist writers,drew nourishment from China's fine traditional culture,learned valuable lessons from the successful experience of socialist construction in the world,and has been tested and constantly devel-oped in the great practice of the Chinese revolution,thus becoming a source of scientific strength.Mao Zedong's revolutionary cultural view has four main aspects of soft power,including the cultural guiding power of his far-sighted theoretical vision,the cultural leading power of his pioneering ideological vigor,the cultural shaping power of his outstanding and skillful leadership,and the cultural appeal-ing power of his unwavering revolutionary conviction.Mao Zedong's revolutionary cultural view offers valuable insights for enhancing the cultural soft power of contemporary political parties.It requires upholding the revolutionary spirit and style to ensure the ideological na-ture of the party,adhering to the people-centered orientation to consolidate the party's ruling foundation,advancing self-reform to strengthen the party's self-construction,promoting the inheritance and dissemination of the contemporary revolutionary culture,and pro-viding important support for the CPC's self-construction.关键词
