Abstract
An intelligent online verification system for computer numerical control(CNC)machining is presented.The system comprises two core modules respectively for tool compensation parameter verification and tool data verification.It enables the automatic input of tool parameters,multi-dimensional verification,and equipment anomaly alarming,thereby,it can effectively prevent machining quality issues caused by erroneous tool compensation parameters.Application results demonstrate that the system reduces non-conformances caused by human errors from 15-20 cases per year to zero,significantly improving product quality and reducing manufacturing costs.The proposed system provides technical support for the development of intelligent verification schemes in CNC machining.关键词
