Abstract
To address the issues that the current early screening for autism spectrum disorder(ASD)in children mainly relies on subjective judgments by parents and the experience of doctors,extremely high requirements for the diagnostic environment,and the complicated testing process,we proposed an objective and convenient assessment system for childhood autism.Firstly,the traditional gold standard assessment scales were presented into a child-friendly picture-book format within a mobile application(APP)software.Then,behavioral signals such as children′s gaze points and facial expressions were collected simultaneously.Finally,facial expressions and attention analyses were conducted on the actual collected dataset.The results showed that during the assessment,children with au-tism predominantly displayed neutral facial expressions and exhibited poor attention levels.This system provides a simpler and more ef-ficient approach for early screening of childhood autism,possessing significant research and potential clinical application value.关键词
