Abstract
As tourism development projects are being widely implemented in hilly and mountainous areas, the problem of soil and water loss caused by construction projects has become increasingly prominent. The scientific implementation of soil and water conservation measures has thus become a critical task for ensuring regional ecological security.Taking the new Shigulada Fantasy Park project as the subject of study, this research investigates the configuration and effectiveness evaluation of soil and water conservation measures based on erosion risk prediction.By dividing the area into prediction units and construction phases, the analog analysis method was used to predict soil erosion rates during both the construction period and the natural recovery period, thereby proposing differentiated combinations of prevention and control measures. The results indicate that the additional soil loss during the construction phase in the project area was 954 metric tons, while the additional loss during the natural recovery phase was 30 metric tons, with erosion risks concentrated primarily in the Phase Ⅰ and Phase Ⅱ construction zones. After implementing a measure system combining"interception, drainage, and prevention,"all control indicators significantly outperformed the target values, demonstrating that the soil and water conservation plan for this project is scientifically designed and appropriately implemented, capable of effectively controlling soil erosion during the construction phase and enhancing the region's ecological recovery capacity. This study established a risk-assessment-driven soil and water conservation configuration method, providing technical support and practical pathways for soil and water loss prevention and control as well as ecological restoration throughout the entire implementation process of tourism development projects in hilly areas.关键词
