虚拟现实技术在护士培训中应用的范围综述
Scoping Review of Studies on the Application of Virtual Reality Technology in Nurse Training

Abstract
Objective To conduct a scoping review of studies on the application of virtual reality(VR)technology in nurse training and systematically review the research status,application characteristics,and evidence of effects in this field,aiming to provide a reference for future research.Methods Guided by the scoping review methodological framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley,relevant articles were searched in PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data from their establishment to December 06,2025.The included studies were summarized and analyzed.Results A total of 27 articles were included.The applications of VR technology in nurse training were categorized into three types:interactive,immersive,and non-immersive.The application scenarios covered environmental and process simulation,theory and skills training,thinking and communication skills training,and adjunctive use alongside traditional teaching.Evaluation indicators included knowledge tests,skill assessments,and built-in system scores.Conclusion As an innovative and promising tool for nurse training,VR technology has demonstrated preliminary effects in skills training,teamwork and other contexts.However,challenges remain,including immature evaluation systems and high equipment costs.Future efforts should focus on optimizing the instructional design of VR technology and validating its effects on skill retention and translation into clinical practice to ensure its standardized application in nurse training.关键词
