Abstract
In order to study the effects of microbial ecological agents on the growth performance,slaughter performance,organ indices,meat quality,and immune performance of free range Beijing oil chickens under forest,120 7-week-old female Beijing oil chickens were randomly divided into four groups:basic group,0.05%addition group,0.10%addition group,and 0.20%addition group.Four treatment groups added 0,0.05%,0.10%,and 0.20%of microbial ecological agents to their basic diets,respectively.The results showed that:① compared with the basic group,the 0.10%and 0.20%addition groups significantly increased the final weight and average daily weight gain of Beijing oil chickens(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the feed to weight ratio of Beijing oil chickens(P<0.05).② Compared with the basic group,the 0.10%and 0.20%addition group significantly increased the fully eviscerated yield of Beijing oil chickens(P<0.05).③ Compared with the basic group,the 0.10%and 0.20%addition groups significantly increased the heart index,liver index,and kidney index of Beijing oil chickens(P<0.05).④ Compared with the basic group,the 0.10%and 0.20%addition groups can significantly decrease the drip loss,cooking loss,and shear force of Beijing oil chickens(P<0.05).⑤ Compared with the basic group,the 0.05%addition group,0.10%addition group,and 0.20%addition group significantly increased the Immunoglobulin G(IgG)and Interleukin-2(IL-2)content of Beijing oil chickens(P<0.05),and the 0.10%addition group and 0.20%addition group significantly increased the Immunoglobulin A(IgA)content of Beijing oil chickens(P<0.05).Adding 0.10%and 0.20%microbial ecological agents can significantly improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,organ index,meat quality,and immune perfor-mance of free range chickens under forest.Clinically,a dosage of 0.10%can be chosen as the dosage for use.关键词
