Abstract
In the context of the transformation of laying hens towards antibiotic-free farming in our country,bio-fermented feed has become a research hotspot.Bio-fermented feed is mainly divided into two categories:Those derived from crops and their by-products,and those containing Chinese herbal medicines and medicinal residues.The former has a wide source and low cost,the latter has both nutritional and pharmacological functions.Bio-fermented feed can increase feed utilization,improve the production performance and egg quality of laying hens,and enhance the body's immunity and antioxidant capacity.However,there are still problems such as poor raw material stability,insufficient degradation of fiber substances,and the need for improvement in the compatibility between the bacteria and the substrate.This article systematically reviews the research progress of bio-fermented feed in laying hens production from aspects such as raw material types,strain selection and combination,application effects,and mechanism of action,aiming to provide a reference for the rational application of bio-fermented feed in antibiotic-free laying hens farming.关键词
