认养农业的北京探索与发展对策
Exploration and Development Countermeasures of Participatory Agriculture in Beijing

Abstract
To address the bottlenecks that had constrained the development of urban modern agriculture and to advance integrated ur-ban-rural development alongside rural revitalization,this study was conducted to clarify the value contributions of adoption agriculture in Beijing and to define its functional positioning within the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.A literature analysis method was employed,through which policy documents spanning 2020 to 2026,including the No.1 Central Documents and Beijing municipal policies related to rural revitalization that had been issued over this period,were systematically reviewed.Drawing on official reports and publicly available local case materials,the study was grounded in the practical exploration of adoption agriculture in Beijing's peri-urban areas.Five principal models of peri-urban adoption agriculture were subsequently identified:the"Internet Plus Adoption"contract farming model,the smart agriculture cloud adoption model,the community-supported agriculture model,the shared vegetable garden model,and the"public welfare crowdfunding plus poverty alleviation"adoption model.Meanwhile,a range of industry-wide challenges were also identified,including incomplete regulatory frameworks,inadequate oversight,high production costs,weak brand promotion,and insufficient consumer awareness.As an emerging rural business form and a vital vehicle for integrated urban-rural de-velopment,adoption agriculture urgently needs to be optimized through measures such as improving regulatory and policy frameworks,enhancing traceability systems,strengthening publicity and training initiatives,and tapping distinctive local characteristics,so as to promote its standardized,scaled,and differentiated development,and thereby enable it to play a more active role in advancing agri-cultural and rural modernization and the rural revitalization strategy.关键词
