基于游客体验视角的旅游高质量评价体系探究
High-quality Tourism Evaluation System from Perspective of Tourist Experience

Abstract
Conducting research on high-quality tourism evaluation from the perspective of tourist experience serves as an important support for promoting the high-quality development of tourism.Drawing on existing research,this study developed an initial evaluation index system by integrating four dimensions:functional value,experiential value,cultural-tourism integration,and smart tourism.The index system was subsequently refined through tourist interviews.A questionnaire survey was then conducted among tourists visiting Shaanxi,and the direct weighting method was employed to calculate the perceived importance weights of indicators across different tourist groups.The results reveal that safety,pleasure,and smart convenience constitute a fundamental consensus across all groups,representing the baseline value of high-quality tourism.Significant preference differences exist among groups regarding social sharing,cultural depth,and elderly-friendly services.The overall perceived weight of the cultural-tourism integration dimension is relatively low,reflecting issues such as supply-side homogenization,superficial integration,and barriers to value transformation.The findings suggest that this demand-side oriented evaluation system can effectively diagnose shortcomings in tourism services and provide quantitative references for implementing differentiated product development and promoting high-quality tourism development.关键词
