Mechanism and Path of Industrial Internet Enabling Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry:A Multi-case Analysis Based on Huangshi

Abstract
Based on Cooke's regional innovation system theory,this paper constructs a"technology-institution-organization"three-dimensional analytical framework,takes Huangshi,Hubei Province as the research object,and finds through multi-case analysis on the internal mechanism and practical path of industrial internet enabling the transformation of manufacturing industry that Huangshi has formed three typical transformation modes of"platform empowerment","intelligent transformation"and"5G integration"through policy coordination,infrastructure strengthening and platform cultivation.However,it is faced with systemic constraints such as superficial application of technology,insufficient institutional adaptation and failure of organizational coordination.Accordingly,it is proposed to build a"1+1+N"industrial ecological consortium,and realizes the"chain-type"transformation of the industrial chain through three-dimensional collaboration of technology base upgrading,institutional design optimization and organizational capability reconstruction,so as to provide a theoretical framework and operable practical scheme for the digital transformation of traditional industrial cities.关键词
