The Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity:An Analysis Based on the Moderating Effect of Human Capital

Abstract
Promoting green transformation of agriculture is an important measure to deepen China's agricultural supply-side structural reform and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of agriculture.Using panel data of 31 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities(directly under the central government)in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan Regions)from 2011 to 2024 as the research sample,this paper adopted the two-way fixed effects model combined with the instrumental variable method to systematically empirically test the mechanism and impact effect of digital inclusive finance on agricultural green total factor productivity.The results showed that:digital inclusive finance could effectively improve agricultural green total factor productivity,and there was a significant positive correlation between two indicators.This conclusion remained valid after a series of endogeneity and robustness tests.Further heterogeneity analysis indicated that the impact of digital inclusive finance on agricultural green total factor productivity exhibited significant heterogeneity at both human capital and environmental regulation levels.Specifically,the promotion effect of digital inclusive finance on agricultural green total factor productivity was stronger in regions with high human capital,while the boosting effect on green transformation of agriculture was more prominent in regions with low environmental regulation.Accordingly,this paper puts forward suggestions including consolidating infrastructure construction,perfecting the service system of digital inclusive finance,strengthening the cultivation of rural human capital,and optimizing environmental regulation constraints,so as to provide empirical support for breaking rural development bottlenecks and achieving green transformation of agriculture.关键词
