Abstract
Facing the strategic goals of Beautiful China initiative and carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,"green expansion"has become a critical pathway for energy enterprises to resolve conflicts between resource exploitation and environmental protection,achieving comprehensive green transition.Taking CNPC as the research sample,this paper systematically analyzes its three core"green expansion"pathways:laying foundation through ecological restoration,taking the lead via biodiversity conservation,empowering development with green actions.And the operation mechanisms of key carriers including carbon sink forests systems OECMs and public welfare activities were clarified.The study found that the green expansion system of multi-path coordination and multi-carrier support established by PetroChina has achieved remarkable results and formed a replicable and promotable industrial model.In the future,further advances in technological innovation,improvement of market mechanisms and construction of collaborative networks will drive green expansion toward large-scale,standardized and value-oriented development,providing Chinese experience for the ecological transformation of the global energy industry.关键词
