大港南部油区原油储罐VOCs治理措施与应用实践
Measures and Application Practice of VOCs Treatment for Crude Oil Storage Tanks in the Southern Oil Region of Dagang
摘要
Abstract
As the important precursors to the formation of ozone and fine particulate matter,the effective control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)has become key focus of air pollution prevention and control in China.As core facilities for oil and gas field production,crude oil storage tanks are also one of the major sources of VOCs emissions.Therefore,efficient control of VOCs has become urgent priority.Based on the actual production conditions in the southern Dagang Oilfield,the emission characteristics and the current status of VOCs from storage tanks in this area were systematically analyzed,and the key technologies and measures adopted in VOCs control were summarized,and the approaches and methods for improving application effectiveness of the volatile gas pressurization and recovery technology were discussed in detail.This paper aimed to provide reliable technical references and a scientific decision-making basis for the precise control and efficient treatment of VOCs from storage tanks in oil and gas fields.关键词
