摘要
Abstract
Microbial degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons is one of the mainstream remediation technologies for oil-contaminated soils.Although exogenous dominant microbial agents are widely applied, they still face issues such as high processing and transportation costs, and short on-site storage life. This study optimized the formula of in-situ stimulation and degradation promoter for microorganisms in petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated soils, and investigated the application effect of the in-situ microbial stimulation and enhancement technology. The results showed that the growth of petroleum hydrocarbon-degrading bacteria could be promoted under the conditions of pH 6.8-8.0,with NH₄Cl as the nitrogen source, and with the addition of specific amounts of Fe3+,Zn2+,and Co2+.Using the optimized formula and culture conditions(The mass ratio of C∶N∶P is 100∶10∶1,K2HPO4 0.4g/L,KH₂PO₄ 0.6g/L,Fe3+0.02g/L,Zn2+0.001g/L,Co2+0.000 5g/L,pH 7.8),the degradation rate of petroleum hydrocarbons reached 51.9%after 40 days of degradation. This remediation effect was equivalent to that of the combined treatment of accelerator and exogenous bacterial agents.Compared with the petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate of 25.9%achieved by using only exogenous bacterial agents, the degradation efficiency was doubled. In summary, the in-situ stimulation promoter optimized in this study could effectively activate indigenous degrading bacteria without adding exogenous bacterial agents, and improve the degradation efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbons. This study provided a basis for theoretical and technical basis for the application of such in-situ remediation technology.关键词
