摘要
Abstract
A high-sulfur gas field developed through foreign cooperation,the CDB Natural Gas Project faces extremely high risks in safe production and environmental protection.By systematically introducing and implementing the Operational Excellence Management System(OEMS),a comprehensive safety and environmental management system was established in this project,which successfully controlled major risks during the development and operation of the high-sulfur gas field,and achieved excellent safety and environmental performance.This project was taken as a case in this study.Based on the OEMS framework and practical experience in CDB Project,the system architecture and critical processes of OEMS were deeply analyzed,and the experiences and insights gained were systematically summarized during the system operation,The aims to provide practical references for domestic similar enterprises in building modern safety management system.关键词
