Abstract
As an effective method to enhanced Oil Recovery(EOR)in oilfiedlds,Alkaline/Surfactant/Polymer(ASP)flooding brings changes to the green and efficient separation of the produced water due to the increased concentrations of alkalis, surfactants, and polymers. At present, the unclear operation boundary of the treatment process frequently caused substandard effluent water quality when the influent water quality fluctuated. Therefore,a physical model was established to simulate the treatment process of ASP flooding produced water. The Euler model combined with the RNG k-ε turbulence model was adopted to simulated the sedimentation process, while the porous medium model coupled with the Discrete Phase Model(DPM)was used for the filtration process to track particle migration.By analyzing the influence of operational parameters on treatment performance,it was found that tje increase of treatment capacity and the rise of polymer concentration in produced water could inhibit the treatment efficiency.Based on the simulation results, polynomial interpolation method was employed to determine the water quality conditions at each process node that simultaneously satisfy the requirements of oil and suspended solids concentration in effluent below 20 mg/L.Consequently,the operation boundary of the treatment process was established, which provided a theoretical basis for the on-site optimization of process operations.关键词
