摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate factors associated with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children based on SNAP-Ⅳ screening. Methods The clinical data of 300 children with suspected ADHD who were admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,96 children who screened positive for ADHD were assigned to the observation group, and 204 children who screened negative were assigned to the control group.Clinical characteristics were collected, and univariate analysis followed by multivariable binary logistic regression analysis was performed to identify independent factors associated with a positive ADHD symptom screening result. Results The proportion of boys was higher in the observation group than in the control group. The proportion of fathers with impatient personalities, whose mothers experienced negative emotions during pregnancy, and whose mothers were exposed to secondhand smoke during pregnancy were also higher in the observation group, with statistically significant between-group differences(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that gender, maternal negative emotions during pregnancy, maternal passive smoking during pregnancy, paternal temperament, and parental marital status were independently associated with positive ADHD symptom screening, with odds ratios of 2.028,1.668,2.062,1.941,and 1.884,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Sex,maternal negative emotions during pregnancy, maternal passive smoking during pregnancy, paternal temperament, and parental marital status are independently associated with positive ADHD symptom screening in children and warrant clinical attention.关键词
