Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Hegu needling combined with warm-needle acupuncture in patients with rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 120 patients with rotator cuff injury who received treatment at the hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to a control group(n=60)and an observation group(n=60)using a random number table.The control group received conventional clinical treatment,whereas the observation group received Hegu needling combined with warm-needle acupuncture in addition to conventional treatment.Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated based on the clinical response rate,serum inflammatory marker levels,pain scores,shoulder function,and other indicators.Results After treatment,the clinical response rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group.Serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6),as well as visual analog scale(VAS)pain scores,were lower in the observation group.Constant-Murley Score(CMS),shoulder abduction,forward flexion,and extension ranges of motion were greater in the observation group than in the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hegu needling combined with warm-needle acupuncture can alleviate pain and improve shoulder function recovery in patients with rotator cuff injury.关键词
