摘要
Abstract
Objective Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is one of the cardiovascular diseases associated with high mortality and disability worldwide. This study aimed to investigate differences in the levels of the inflammatory markers high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT),as well as the cardiovascular-related biomarkers cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),among patients with AMI of different Killip classes, and to analyze their correlations with Killip classification and myocardial biomarkers.Only patients with Killip classes Ⅰ~Ⅲ were included. Methods A total of 60 patients with clinically confirmed AMI who were treated at Jinshui District General Hospital from March 2022 to March 2025 were enrolled as the observation group and stratified into Killip class Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ subgroups, with 20 patients in each subgroup.Twenty-one healthy individuals undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum hs-CRP,PCT,cTnI,and BNP levels were measured.Differences among groups, correlations between Killip classification and these indicators in patients with AMI,and correlations among the indicators were analyzed. Results Levels of hs-CRP,PCT,cTnI,and BNP were significantly higher in patients with AMI than in healthy controls(P<0.05).With increasing Killip class,hs-CRP,PCT,cTnI,and BNP levels showed an increasing trend(P<0.05).The inflammatory markers hs-CRP and PCT were positively correlated with the cardiovascular-related biomarkers cTnI and BNP(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis showed that the areas under the curve(AUCs)for hs-CRP,PCT,cTnI,and BNP were 0.929,0.819,0.948,and 0.890,respectively.Conclusion The levels of the inflammatory markers hs-CRP and PCT and the cardiovascular biomarkers cTnI and BNP are closely associated with Killip classification in patients with AMI of Killip classesⅠ~Ⅲ.Combined monitoring of these indicators may provide a reference for assessing disease severity in this population. As this was a single-center exploratory study with a small sample size, the findings require validation in larger multicenter studies and should not be directly generalized to patients with AMI.关键词
