安神补心六味丸辅助治疗稳定性冠心病合并焦虑抑郁(肝郁气滞证)的临床效果
Clinical Effects of Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills Adjuvant Therapy on Stable Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Anxiety and Depression(Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation Syndrome)

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effects of Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills adjuvant therapy on stable coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression(liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome).Method:The study subjects were 84 patients with stable coronary heart disease complicated with anxiety and depression(liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome)who were admitted to Fenyang Hospital,Shanxi Province from August 2020 to August 2025.They were divided into conventional group(n=42)and combined group(n=42)by random number table method.The conventional group was given conventional comprehensive treatment of stable coronary heart disease and psychological intervention,and the combined group was combined with Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills adjuvant therapy,and both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,psychological status,serum neurotransmitters levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 3 months of treatment,combined group demonstrated a higher overall response rate of treatment than conventional group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the anxiety and depression scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,with combined group exhibiting lower scores than conventional group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of dopamine,5-hydroxytryptamine,and norepinephrine in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and with higher levels in combined group compared to conventional group(P<0.05).The difference in incidence of adverse reactions was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills adjuvant therapy has good clinical efficacy on stable coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression(liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome).It can effectively relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression,and regulate the levels of serum neurotransmitters,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
