盐酸坦索罗辛联合塞来昔布对良性前列腺增生合并炎症性慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者下尿路症状的影响

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride combined with Celecoxib in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with inflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Method:A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with inflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome admitted to Jinjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the study group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride,while the study group treated with Celecoxib in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The international prostate symptom score,prostatitis symptom index score,inflammatory indicators,urodynamics and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the international prostate symptom score and prostatitis symptom index score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-α and urine white blood cell count in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the maximum urine flow rate and residual urine volume between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tamsulosin Hydrochloride combined with Celecoxib in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with inflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome can reduce inflammatory indicators,improve lower urinary tract symptoms,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
