摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of stress system theory combined with personalized pain management in emergency patients with accidental injuries under observation.Method:A total of 74 emergency patients with accidental injuries under observation admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received conventional emergency observation nursing, while the observation group received stress system theory combined with personalized pain management on the basis of the control group. The intervention duration for both groups lasted until the patients were discharged or transferred out of the observation room. The disease uncertainty, psychological stress response, pain level, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the scores of each dimension and the total score of the Mishel uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS)and negative affect score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the positive affect score and overall nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 24 hours and 48 hours of intervention, the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stress system theory combined with personalized pain management can reduce disease uncertainty, alleviate psychological stress response, decrease pain degree, and improve nursing satisfaction in emergency patients with accidental injuries under observation.关键词
