德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽在超重/肥胖T2DM患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Insulin Degludec and Liraglutide in Overweight/Obese Patients with T2DM

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Insulin Degludec and Liraglutide in treating overweight/obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:Eighty overweight/obese patients with T2DM who were treated in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from April 2024 to May 2025 were selected,and randomly divided into the control group and the study group.Both groups were treated with Metformin Hydrochloride.The control group(n=40)was additionally treated with Insulin Glargine,and the study group(n=40)was additionally treated with Insulin Degludec and Liraglutide Injection.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose control effect,insulin resistance conditions,and weight loss effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 67.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG)levels were all decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment,the levels of each indicator were significantly lower in the study group compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)and fasting insulin(FINS)in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,while homeostatic model assessment of β cell function(HOMA-β)increased compared to before treatment,compared with the control group,the FINS and HOMA-IR in the study group were lower,and HOMA-β was higher(P<0.05).After the treatment,the weight,waist circumference and BMI of both groups decreased compared to before the treatment,while adiponectin increased compared to before the treatment,the weight,waist circumference and BMI of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and adiponectin was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared to Insulin Glargine,Insulin Degludec and Liraglutide is more effective to treat overweight/obese patients with T2DM,it can effectively control blood glucose,improve insulin resistance,and have a certain weight loss effect.关键词
