富血小板血浆宫腔灌注联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗宫腔镜下粘连分离术后患者的效果
Efficacy of Intrauterine Perfusion of Platelet-rich Plasma Combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets in Patients after Transcervical Resection of Adhesions

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of intrauterine perfusion of platelet-rich plasma combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets in patients after transcervical resection of adhesions(TCRA).Method:A retrospective selection was made of 80 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for intrauterine adhesions and had just undergone TCRA between May 2024 and April 2025 in Shangrao Municipal Hospital as the study subjects.The control group(n=40)received conventional postoperative interventions,while the observation group(n=40)received intrauterine perfusion of platelet-rich plasma combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets.Endometrial-related indicators,degree of intrauterine re-adhesion,pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)score,menstrual recovery and safety were compared between the two groups.Result:At 6 months postoperatively,the differences in pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),and peak systolic velocity(PSV)of the uterine artery were greater in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The scores for the degree of intrauterine re-adhesion at 3 and 6 months after postoperatively were lower in the observation group,while PBAC scores were higher compared to the control group(P<0.05).The resumption rate at 6 months postoperatively was higher,menstrual cycle length and duration at 3 and 6 months after postoperatively were longer in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intrauterine perfusion of platelet-rich plasma combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets can effectively improve endometrial-related indicators in patients after TCRA,reduce the degree of intrauterine re-adhesion,promote the recovery of normal menstruation,and has a high safety profile.关键词
