扶阳罐温灸刮疗法联合耳部三联疗法在卒中后失眠中的应用效果
The Application Effect of Fuyang Cupping Warm Moxibustion Scraping Therapy Combined with Auricular Triple Therapy in Insomnia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Fuyang cupping warm moxibustion scraping therapy combined with auricular triple therapy in the treatment of patients with insomnia after stroke,and to provide evidence-based basis for optimizing the traditional Chinese medicine intervention plan for insomnia after stroke in clinical.Method:A total of 130 patients with insomnia after stroke admitted to Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2024 to October 2025 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 65 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional basic treatment as prescribed by the doctor,group A added the auricular triple therapy,and group B added the Fuyang cupping warm moxibustion scraping therapy on the basis of group A.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score],polysomnography parameters(total sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep latency,number of awakenings),anxiety and depression(SAS,SDS score)before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of each dimension and the total score of PSQI in group B after treatment were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The total sleep time of group B was longer than that of group A,the sleep efficiency was higher than that of group A,the sleep latency was shorter than that of group A,and the number of awakenings was less than that of group A(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of group B after treatment were both lower than those of group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Fuyang cupping warm moxibustion scraping therapy and auricular triple therapy can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia after stroke,regulate sleep structure,and relieve anxiety and depression,the therapeutic effect is definite and the safety is good.关键词
