维立西呱治疗老年慢性心力衰竭合并肾功能不全患者的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Vericiguat in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Complicated by Renal Insufficiency

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the soluble guanylate cyclase(sGC)stimulator Vericiguat in elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated by renal insufficiency,and its impact on renal function.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated by renal insufficiency admitted to Beijing Fengtai Hospital between January 2024 and August 2025 were enrolled.Patients were divided into a treatment group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group received guideline-directed medical therapy(GDMT),while the treatment group was additionally administered Vericiguat on this basis.Both groups were treated for 24 weeks.The clinical efficacy,B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Scr and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)were compared of the two groups of patients.Result:The total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group[87.5%(35/40)vs 67.5%(27/40),P<0.05].After treatment,LVEF increased and BNP levels decreased in both groups compared to before treatment(P<0.05),however,no statistically significant differences were detected between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in LVEDD,Scr and eGFR levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The addition of Vericiguat to GDMT can further improve cardiac function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure complicated by renal insufficiency without increasing the risk of renal impairment,suggesting favorable clinical value and safety in this population.关键词
