针灸辅助治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果
The Clinical Effect of Acupuncture as an Adjunctive Treatment for Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture as an adjuvant treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and its influence on hemorheology and low back and leg pain.Method:From January 2023 to June 2025,a total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type treated at Tianshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Changning District,Shanghai,they were divided into two groups using a random number sequence.The control group(n=60)received conventional western medical treatment,while the study group(n=60)received acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy,low back and leg pain conditions,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,hemorheological indicators and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the VAS scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,low-shear whole blood viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV),and high-shear whole blood viscosity(HBV)levels in both groups decreased compared with those before the intervention,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture as an adjuvant treatment for lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type can significantly improve the hemorheology indicators of patients,relive lower back and leg pain,with definite therapeutic effects.关键词
