排毒保肾丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性肾脏病合并高脂血症的临床研究
Clinical Study of Paidu Baoshen Pills Combined with Rosuvastatin in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Complicated with Hyperlipidemia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Paidu Baoshen Pills combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of chronic kidney disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Method:A total of 120 patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with hyperlipidemia in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2025 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Paidu Baoshen Pills combined with Rosuvastatin.The renal function indicators,blood lipid indicators,cardiovascular risk,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After 12 weeks of treatment,the Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)and creatinine clearance rate(Ccr)were higher than those in the control group,the TC,TG and LDL-C were lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of cardiovascular lesions was lower than that in the control group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paidu Baoshen Pills combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of chronic kidney disease complicated with hyperlipidemia can significantly improve the renal function of patients,inhibit blood lipid levels,reduce cardiovascular risk,promote the improvement of clinical efficacy.关键词
