中药熏洗联合关节镜下微骨折术治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Arthroscopic Microfracture Surgery in the Treatment of Early to Middle Stage Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with arthroscopic microfracture surgery in the treatment of early to middle stage knee osteoarthritis(KOA),so as to provide a more effective and safe regimen for this disease.Method:A prospective study was conducted.A total of 102 patients with early to middle stage KOA admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2024 to July 2025 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received arthroscopic microfracture surgery combined with routine dressing change,anti-infection therapy and functional exercise after operation.On the basis of the above treatments,the observation group was treated with additional traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.Both groups received treatment for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy was evaluated,swelling degree,pain degree,knee joint function,and levels of inflammatory factors in joint fluid were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the VAS score,swelling value and synovial fluid inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the Lysholm score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with arthroscopic microfracture surgery shows a favorable effect in patients with early to middle stage KOA.It helps reduce inflammatory response,relieve pain in the affected limb,and improve knee joint function,providing reliable evidence-based basis for the clinical treatment of KOA.关键词
