中医练功疗法联合经络推拿治疗运动性膝关节损伤的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Functional Exercise Therapy Combined with Meridian Massage in the Treatment of Sports Related Knee Joint Injury

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine functional exercise therapy combined with meridian massage in the treatment of sports related knee joint injury.Method:A total of 80 patients with sports related knee joint injury from December 2023 to December 2024 in Sanming First Hospital were divided into control group 40 cases and observation group 40 cases by the random number table.The control group was treated with conventional therapeutic intervention for sports injuries,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine functional exercise therapy combined with meridian massage on the basis of control group.The treatment courses of two groups were 4 weeks.Then the total effective rates,Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)scale and plantar pressure parameters(pressure values in various regions of plantar foot,time percentage of heel to ground,forefoot to ground and full foot support phases)before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group after the treatment was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the scores of WOMAC scale,pressure of foot arch area and time percentage of heel to ground of observation group after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group,the pressure of medial heel area,lateral heel area and 2 to 5 toe area,time percentage of forefoot to ground and full foot support phases were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine functional exercise therapy combined with meridian massage in the treatment of patients with sports related knee joint injury is better,and it can effectively improve the distribution of plantar pressure.关键词
