热敏灸联合康复训练在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的临床效果
Clinical Effects of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on the lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 98 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2024 to December 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group,continue the treatment for one month.The clinical efficacy,lumbar function[Oswestry disability index(ODI)],pain degree(VAS score),hemodynamic indicators[vascular resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI),time-mean flow velocity(TMFV),peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV)],and quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)]between the two groups were compared.Result:The observation group achieved higher total effective rate after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).The observation group achieved significantly lower ODI and VAS scores after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).The observation group achieved significantly lower RI,PI and higher TMFV and PSV after treatment compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiology,psychology and social relations in WHOQOL-BREF of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of heat-sensitive moxibustion and rehabilitation training can effectively improve lumbar function,alleviate pain,optimize hemodynamic parameters,and enhance the quality of life in patients with lumbar disc herniation.关键词
