Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on the motor function and quality of life of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Method:A total of 120 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Changshu No.2 People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment,while the study group was treated with acupoint application combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.The treatment duration for both groups was one month.The motor function and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of the upper limbs and lower limbs and the total score in the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment plan of acupoint application combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation for hemiplegic patients after stroke can improve their motor function and enhance their quality of life.关键词
