原发性骨关节炎发病危险因素的研究进展
Research Progress on Risk Factors for Onset of Primary Osteoarthritis
摘要
Abstract
Primary osteoarthritis(POA)is a common degenerative joint disease among middle-aged and elderly people,with knee joint involvement being the most frequent.The onset of the disease is caused by the combined effect of mechanical stress,metabolic disorders and chronic low-grade inflammation,leading to an imbalance in the homeostasis of the joints.The aging of chondrocytes and epigenetic abnormalities are also involved.Age,gender,obesity and genetics are the main risk factors,while hyperlipidemia,nutrition,biomechanics and occupational labor also have significant influences.This article reviews its pathogenesis and risk factors,providing theoretical references for early prevention,precise intervention and clinical control.关键词
