论孙一奎"命门-三焦-相火"一体观的学术特色与临证思想
Academic Features and Clinical Thoughts of Sun Yikui's"Mingmen-Sanjiao-Xianghuo"Holism
摘要
Abstract
Sun Yikui,a renowned physician of the Xin'an region during the Ming Dynasty,proposed the holistic concept of"Mingmen-Sanjiao-Xianghuo",which integrates ancient and contemporary knowledge.Inheriting the tenets of the Inner Canon of Huangdi and Nan Jing,and synthesizing principles from Confucianism,Daoism,and the Yi Jing,he demonstrated considerable innovation within traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory.This paper,primarily based on the Chi Shui Xuan Zhu Quan Ji and incorporating relevant research,systematically elucidates the academic origins and core connotations of this theory.It focuses on analyzing the theoretical frameworks of the"theory of Mingmen as motility Qi"and the"theory of Xianghuo as proper fire",revealing the intrinsic"Substance-Function-Manifestation"relationship among Mingmen,Sanjiao,and Xianghuo.Furthermore,by reviewing the medical cases recorded in his text,this study summarizes Sun's clinical characteristics in pulse diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment determination,and herb application,with particular emphasis on his methods of warming and tonifying to secure the root and protecting the proper fire.The research indicates that Sun's academic system not only deepened the TCM theories of Mingmen,Sanjiao,and Xianghuo but also holds significant reference and practical value for contemporary TCM clinical practice.关键词
