基于"玄府-络脉"探讨花类药在皮肤病中的应用
Discussion on the Application of Flower Medicine in Dermatologic Diseases Based on the"Sweat Pore-Collateral Vessel"Principle
摘要
Abstract
The"sweat pore-collateral vessel"system serves as an important medium connecting the interior and exterior of the human body and promoting the harmony of form and Qi.By regulating the ascending,descending,exiting,and entering of Qi,blood,and body fluids,it plays a key role in the development of dermatologic diseases.Flower medicine is generally light in nature and thin in flavor,with a tendency of action characterized by"ascending",making it particularly effective for treating disorders of the upper energizer and the skin surface.Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that flower medicine possesses potential therapeutic value for skin diseases through its regulatory effects on nerves,immunity,and endocrine function,as well as its anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antioxidant activities.Therefore,from the perspective of the"sweat pore-collateral vessel"system,this paper proposes that the pathogenesis of skin diseases mainly involves three aspects:disharmony of Qi and collateral vessels leading to stagnation of sweat pores;malnutrition of blood and collateral vessels resulting in dysfunction of sweat pore opening and closing;and impaired distribution of fluids and collateral vessels causing sweat pore obstruction.Combined with the clinical experience of numerous renowned physicians in using commonly prescribed flower medicines,this paper discusses the application of flower medicine in skin diseases from three therapeutic approaches:regulating Qi movement to open sweat pores and unblock collaterals;clearing heat,removing toxins,cooling blood,stopping bleeding,and activating blood circulation to resolve stasis;and dispelling dampness,resolving phlegm,nourishing Yin,and moisturizing dryness.This study aims to provide clinical references for the application of flower medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases and to strengthen the theoretical basis for its use.关键词
